How long does it take for me to receive design proofs?
You will get the design proofs at the given email address within 2-3 business days after placing the order.
 
When and/or how can I be notified about my order is finished?
While placing the order, we receive your contact details, which are then used to send the order updates such as order confirmation, order-completion etc. Our team is quite proactive when it comes to sending the notification of order completion so you don’t have to wait any longer.
 
What if the embroidered logo or insignia did not come out right?
In order to eliminate the risk of product or embroidery errors, we send the design proof to our clients before starting to print the products. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check the design proof and we’re not responsible for any faulty product.
 
What is the usual turnaround time for an order once it’s been placed?
Once, your order gets confirmed, it can take 7-10 business days to print and deliver the product to your doorstep. However if the job is required sooner or by a certain date once order is placed please do email us, and we will have that arranged for you.
 
Can I return my order?
No, we do not offer a return or exchange policy due to the personalized nature of these products. Thanks for understanding!
